Feel free to refer to your reference photos, and let me know of any specific requests for your design!

You can upload up to three reference images.

Please wait until upload is complete!

  • A $100 minimum non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and will be applied towards the final price of your tattoo. Deposits can be sent via Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Zelle, or credit card.

Some people like to break up payment using deposits, so you may choose to leave more than $100. However much you leave as a deposit will be applied towards the final price.

Please do not send a deposit until we have mutually agreed on your appointment time and date!

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, or your deposit will be forfeited. If you notify me more than 24 hours in advance, then we will roll over your deposit to the newly scheduled time. Please note that deposits only roll over to a rescheduled appointment once.

  • - Please read the Pre-Care and Aftercare to better understand how to prepare!

-Do not come hungry. Eat before your appointment. If we have a more extended session, you can bring some snacks.

    - Be well-hydrated before your appointment, and bring water to stay hydrated!

    - Avoid drinking alcohol and taking Advil or Aspirin the day before and after your appointment. These are blood thinners and can impact the quality of your tattoo. If you need a painkiller, try reaching for Aleve or Tylenol instead.

    - Do your best to keep your skin intact and in good condition for your appointment. If the area we are working on is scratched, or having acne flare ups, etc., I will do my best to work with you, but we may need to reschedule. There are certain things I cannot tattoo over.

    - I’ll have music on in the shop, but if you have something else you’d rather listen to, you can bring headphones.

    - Please do not apply numbing cream to the tattoo site unless we discuss this.

    • After your appointment, I’ll supply you with an aftercare kit with a sterile wipe, and aftercare balm or gloss depending on the service booked.

    • If you are booking a lip service, you may want to buy a small tube of Medela Purelan Lanolin Cream to help prevent flaking and scabbing, as the healing process for lips tends to be more intense than brows or eyeliner.

    • You will need an unscented, gentle face wash or facial soap to use for the first few weeks. You may want to use a lightweight, unscented facial moisturizer as well, but you will be provided with a balm in your aftercare kit.

    • I work in Fireheart Tattoo, located at 446 Himrod St, Brooklyn, NY 11237.

    • If you are booking a service at a guest spot of mine, please let me know so I can give you the appropriate availability.

    • No, an in-person consultation isn’t necessary for most services. You can choose to book an in-person consultation if it would make you more comfortable. The only situations I would require one is if you would like to have another artist’s work touched up or corrected.

    • In an in-person consultation, we would communicate what shape and color you’d like to have, as well as chat about any contraindications you may be concerned about.

    • You are welcome to bring along your favorite brow pencil or lip liner for color references, as well as any inspiration pictures.

    • You will be numbed for the entire tattooing process. You may feel some slight stinging or discomfort if the numbing begins to wear off during the procedure. If that happens, we will reapply the numbing agent.

    • You may feel this more often if you metabolize numbing agents quickly, or have trouble numbing at the dentist.

    • After the procedure, you may have some swelling or tenderness around the procedure area for the following 1-3 days.

    • I always strive to create a comfortable experience for my clients, so please be forward in communicating your needs.

  • It is preferred for you to come to your appointment alone, unless your companion is also getting a procedure. Fire Heart has a limited amount of guest seating, so please be considerate of this.

    • At this time, I do not offer any removal services.

    • I can touch up other artist’s work, and offer minor color corrections. If you are seeking a color correction service, please:

      •  send a photo taken in natural light in an email inquiry sent to contact@sophtattoos.com

      • or, book an in person consultation

    • Each individual is different and healed results will vary. Lifestyle, skin and adherence to proper aftercare will greatly impact the outcome, and even then results can not be guaranteed. A minimum of two sessions is strongly recommended and is the standard amount in order to achieve desired results. In some cases additional touch ups may be required.
These procedures are not intended to replace the use of makeup products but to enhance individual features. All risks and uncertainty of the processes involved in cosmetic tattooing is agreed upon and understood by the client before booking an appointment.

    • As a general rule, the tattooed area will heal around roughly 40% lighter in color, tone and vibrancy compared to immediately after as we are ultimately seeing the pigment through a layer of skin.

    • At the time of your appointment, if it is clear that this concept is not understood by the client and there is hesitation, uncertainty, or a sense that this is an impulsive decision, I reserve the right to refuse this service and the booking fee will be forfeit.
