​SophTattoos Gift Cards Terms & Conditions ​ 1. Services Offered SophTattoos specializes in providing professional tattoo and permanent makeup services. Services are offered exclusively at the following locations:     •    Primary Location: 446 Himrod St, Brooklyn, NY.     •    Special Events: Selected tattoo conventions as announced. 2. Payments     •    Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, and Cash App.     •    Gift cards cannot be used to cover the deposit required to book a session. They can only be applied toward the final price of the session. 3. Gift Card Usage     •    Gift cards are digital and non-transferable.     •    They must be redeemed by individuals aged 18 or older. However, individuals under the age of 17 may purchase gift cards for eligible recipients aged 18 or older.     •    Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase and cannot be reissued or extended. 4. Refunds and Rescheduling     •    Customers may reschedule appointments as per the policy communicated during booking.     •    Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of payment method or gift card usage. 5. Age Requirements     •    Customers must be 18 years or older to receive tattoo or permanent makeup services.     •    Customers under the age of 17 may purchase gift cards for eligible recipients but cannot redeem them personally. 6. Ownership of Artwork     •    All artwork created by SophTattoos remains the intellectual property of SophTattoos and may not be reproduced or used without written consent. 7. Expiration and Validity     •    Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. 8. Liability and Health     •    Customers must disclose any health conditions that may impact the tattoo or permanent makeup process. A waiver acknowledging the risks involved will be required before services are rendered. 9. Policy Updates     •    SophTattoos reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting. 10.
