My pricing is determined on a piece by piece basis, depending on the approximate size, placement, and the amount of detail and color required.
My minimum is $100. If you’re interested in getting multiple small tattoos, I encourage getting several in one session. Generally, anything that can be completed in about a half hour would be around $100.
I am happy to provide an estimate once I get a clear idea of the design, size and placement.
If you have a specific budget in mind, please let me know! I am happy to work with budgets.
Price includes one (1) free touch-up per tattoo.
Forms of payment I can accept are cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp, and credit or debit card.
Please note that credit, Venmo, and Paypal payments are subject to a 2-3% transaction fee.
All sales are subject to NYC sales tax.
A $100 minimum non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and will be applied towards the final price of your tattoo. Deposits can be sent via Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Zelle, or credit card.
Some people like to break up payment using deposits, so you may choose to leave more than $100. However much you leave as a deposit will be applied towards the final price.
Please do not send a deposit until we have mutually agreed on your appointment time and date!
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, or your deposit will be forfeited. If you notify me more than 24 hours in advance, then we will roll over your deposit to the newly scheduled time. Please note that deposits only roll over to a rescheduled appointment once.-Make sure to be well-rested and get plenty of sleep.
-Do not come hungry. Eat before your appointment. You are always welcome to bring snacks, especially if we have a longer session. If you have blood sugar issues, be wary of sudden blood sugar drops, which can be common when getting tattooed. I will always have candy on hand in the studio, but bring along anything that you know helps you.
- Be well-hydrated before your appointment, and bring water to stay hydrated!
- Avoid drinking alcohol and taking Advil or Aspirin the day before and after your appointment. These are blood thinners and can impact the quality of your tattoo. If you need a painkiller, try reaching for Aleve or Tylenol instead.
- Take care of your skin! Hydration is key from the inside and out. In addition to drinking water, apply lotion regularly for healthy skin. The lotion also helps ease the process of tattooing, so you are encouraged to lotion the area that is getting tattooed for at least a couple of days before your appointment. You can also apply some lotion at least 45 minutes before getting tattooed.
- Wear appropriate clothing, or bring a change of clothes. Any clothing that gives easy access to the area getting tattooed works. If you are worried about privacy, let me know, so I can arrange a more private setting. The studio has a communal bathroom in the hallway, if you’d like to change there.
- Do your best to keep your skin intact and in good condition for your appointment. If the area we are working on is scratched, heavily bruised, etc, I will do my best to work with you, but we may need to move placement or reschedule. There are certain things I cannot tattoo over.
- Bring something to entertain yourself, especially for a longer appointment. You can bring a book or a movie to watch. I’ll have music on in the shop, but if you have something else you’d rather listen to, you can bring headphones.
- Please do not apply numbing cream to the tattoo site unless we discuss this.
- Unscented soap. Personally, I use a plain Dove bar, but gold Dial also works. Antibacterial soap is good, but not entirely necessary. Any soap that is formulated for sensitive skin works just fine.
- Aquaphor, or A&D Ointment. You only need a little bit to use for the first few days. Do NOT use Vaseline.
- Unscented lotion. Personally, I use the original Aveeno lotion, but plenty of people love Lubriderm as well. Again, anything made for sensitive skin works perfectly well.

I do not send designs out before the appointment. I typically will show the design to you when you arrive for your appointment, and if you have any edits or changes you’d like to make to your design, we can review it at the beginning of the appointment.
No. The studio does not have direct street access, and requires a code for entry.
For last minute bookings, email is the best way to reach me! (I put a screen time limit on my Instagram, so I sometimes miss messages there.)
Most of the time, I totally get your vision through your booking form and a clarifying email. If we’re working on a large scale project, or if I just don’t get your vision, I may request a consultation.
Depending on the piece, I may ask for a photo of the area we are working on.

- Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, and pain can vary greatly depending on the area getting tattooed and the style being done.
- Since most of my work is Fineline or has gentle shading, I do not recommend using a numbing cream. The pain level for Fineline is very low, so numbing cream is not necessary.
Numbing creams can also change the skin's texture and make it tough or rubbery, making it harder to work with, especially for Fineline. It can also affect the skin’s ability to hold ink and the healed product.
- Numbing creams can help if you are getting a heavier piece, maybe with color or a lot of black, especially in a more sensitive area. However, the effect of numbing creams tends only to last about 1-3 hours, so if your session goes longer, there is a good chance it will wear off before we finish. When this happens, it can put your body into a state of shock since you didn’t have the opportunity to acclimate to the pain, essentially making it hurt more than it would have if you hadn’t used it in the first place. If it wears off after your session, you may also experience more sensitivity, tenderness, and soreness around your tattoo.
- I have a numbing spray available, but it can only be applied to open skin, so it is only useful in pieces with a lot of shading or coloring. It will take effect primarily on the open skin- so your linework and a couple of centimeters on each side of the linework will be numb, but large areas that haven’t been worked yet will not be as numbed.
- Please do not apply numbing cream without talking to me first. There are some cases where I may recommend it, but most times the pain is not as bad as you might anticipate.
I love getting to meet your friends, so a plus one is totally fine! We do have limited seating in the studio, so please be considerate if your guests are not also getting tattooed.
I accept coverups on a case by case basis. I may accept some small coverups, or reworks, but I do not accept requests for large scale coverups. I do not have enough experience with them to confidently execute them. There is a good chance I will refer you to another artist if I know someone who I think will be better suited to your request.
